Naz became an Estate Planning Advisor in 2009 when Naz and her mother Ruth (now retired) took over a very small Estate Planning company, Good Wills. Good Wills was owned by a good friend of Ruth’s, Katherine Hovey, who sadly passed away in 2008. Katherine was very passionate about helping people and when she became ill she was very concerned that Good Wills would close and her clients would no longer be assisted. Given Ruth’s years of experience in the legal industry, Katherine turned to her for help and Naz and Ruth took over running Good Wills. They successfully grew the business and in 2017 they set up a law firm, Good Wills Law Limited.
Naz originally trained with The Institute of Professional Will Writers. In 2011 she became a full member of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners and continues to be regulated by them today. Naz is also an affiliate member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In 2019 Naz began studying for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in England and Wales. Having successfully completed three of the certificates, Naz will take her final exam in 2023 and then apply to become a full TEP (Trusts and Estate Practitioner).
Naz is mum to Jack and their beloved dog, Mavis. She enjoys spending her time socialising with family and friends, reading and listening to music and podcasts, and going for long dog walks.
Natalie entered the Wills & Estate Planning industry in 2013, following the birth of her twins. Prior to the arrival of her twins, she worked for multiple law firms specialising in Property Law (both commercial and residential) and was studying towards her legal practitioners qualification with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“CILEx”). Natalie finished her final law exams during her maternity leave – 12 months of studying every minute the twins slept! – and successfully obtained her Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice qualification.
After completing her legal qualification, she was at a cross roads with her career as she wanted to continue with her legal career and be home with her twins. She cross trained in 2013 to become an Estate Planning Advisor and set up her own company, Trusted Law. Natalie became a full member of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners and continues to be regulated by them today. Natalie and her team have successfully helped many clients in Norfolk with their Wills and Estate Planning needs.
Having successfully completed the training element of her qualification, Natalie is applying to CILEx to become a CILEx Lawyer. She has also recently been appointed as the Regional Chairperson for The Society of Will Writers and looks after its members in Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.
Personally, Natalie is a mum to Jack & Jessica and wife to Darren. She enjoys spending her time with her friends and family, going for long walks, flying, martial arts, and travelling.
At the beginning of the pandemic Naz and Natalie met on an online training course. Following this, they began to work together on different client matters and assisting each other in their businesses.
After many months of discussions, we have decided to merge our companies as we believe we are stronger working together.
We are pleased to announce the merger of Good Wills Law & Trusted Law to make the perfect combination, creating our Good & Trusted Group of companies. The company merger was announced in October 2022 when both teams were brought together.
Both Naz and Natalie are highly committed individuals who continuously strive to be the best in the industry. They have a mission to be leaders in this industry, giving the opportunity for others who want to enter it and providing the highest level of training, support, and opportunity.

When asked about how it all came together……………
Naz and Natalie said “As time went on, it became very clear that our vision, and core values and beliefs were aligned so it just made sense to team up. Naz’s strengths are technical and training and Natalie’s strengths are financial and operational so coming together means we make the perfect team.”
